Where is the Alpine Lodging Sun Valley Office?
Our address is 333 Main Street South, Suite 101 in Ketchum.
If you are arriving from the south (Hailey), head North on Highway 75. You will pass the stoplight at Elkhorn Road, and our office is exactly one mile farther on the left side of Main Street. Once you pass Serenade Lane, look to you left for the Sockeye Square, which is marked by a fish statue. Our office is located in the south end of the building in unit #101.
If you are arriving from the north, head South on Highway 75 through most of downtown Ketchum. After passing through the stoplight at First Street, look to your right for the Sockeye Square, which is marked by a fish statue. Our office is located in the south end of the building in unit #101.
Can I go directly to the condo?
No, you must check in at the office at 333 Main Street South, Suite 101 in Ketchum.
What if I arrive after hours?
Office hours are 9am-5pm, with extended hours during peak season. If you arrive outside of these hours, your keys will be in the security box on the south side of the building.

What is the cancellation policy?
10% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable.
What comes with my rental unit?
All units are equipped with Wi-Fi. All kitchens are equipped with kitchen utensils, dishes, and dish soap. Linens provided include full bedding sets and bathroom towels. There are hairdryers in all units, as well as bathroom soap and a small bottle of shampoo. There are fans in bedrooms that do not have air conditioning or ceiling fans. Units are clean upon arrival, and additional cleaning during a stay is available for an extra fee.
Which airport do I fly into?
The Sun Valley Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) is 12 miles south of Sun Valley/Ketchum in Hailey. Delta, Alaska, and United Airlines service this airport. Visit our Transportation page for more information on flights and transportation.
How do we get around in Sun Valley?
Mountain Rides Transportation Authority is a free bus system that travels around the Ketchum and Sun Valley area.
How far from the lifts and town?
River Run and Warm Springs are the two access points for Bald Mountain. River Run is 4 blocks from downtown Ketchum, Warm Springs is 2 miles from downtown Ketchum. There are no ski-in/ski-out properties, but we do have rentals that are walking distance to the ski lifts.
Do we get Sun Valley amenities if we stay in SV Village?
Check the listing for the specific property to see if amenities are included. If the property owner has purchased amenities passes for the year, you will have access to resort amenities.
Do we get Elkhorn amenities if we stay at Elkhorn?
