A celebration of wine; a benefit for arts and education.
The Sun Valley Museum of Art (formerly Sun Valley Center for the Arts) Wine Auction is celebrating 37 years, and promises to make this year’s wine auction the best ever! Wine Auction is one of the most elegant and culturally defining events of the entire valley. The festival spans three days and transports you to sun soaked hills of wine country. The event consists of delicious and exotic vintner dinners, the all-famous Pig Roast, wine tastings, and the biggest night of all, the Auction Gala. The event which auctions off some of the best trips, prizes, and other various items, takes place at the foot of Dollar Mountain.

Wednesday, July 15
5:30 to 9:30 – Magnum Pig Roast invitation-only party for donating vintners
Thursday, July 16
10 am to 5 pm – Registration and Auction Lot Viewing, Silent Lot Bidding Begins
1:30 to 3:30 Progressive Tasting on the Banks of the Big Wood River
6 pm – Vintner Dinners in private homes throughout the valley
Friday, July 17
10 am to 3 pm – Auction Registration and Auction Lot Viewing and Silent Lot Bidding
3:30 to 5 pm – Pre-Gala Tasting at Dollar Mountain Lodge
6 pm to 10 pm – Wine Auction Gala at Dollar Mountain Lodge: Enjoy world-wines paired with a full sit down meal. Features an exceptional collection of items and experiences to bid on.
Saturday, July 18
10 am Winning Bidders Brunch by Invitation
10 am – Auction Lot Pick-Up at Dollar Mountain Lodge
12 pm – Symposium at Dollar Mountain Lodge
6pm – Vine & Dine at Dollar Mountain Lodge. This lawn party includes the opportunity to taste varietals from over 100 wineries with plenty of food to choose from , plus live music. Early Entry is at 5 pm and general entry begins at 6 pm.
