Join the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference in a realm of intellectual intimacy for writers and readers. Anchored by recognized writers of nonfiction and fiction, literature lovers come together as a community to be enlightened, challenged, educated, and inspired. The event is likened to a house party with never ending intellectual conversation.
The event consists of a number of talks, lectures, and intellectual conversation that will stun any literary enthusiast, amateur or expert. This year, instead of a four day event, the conference will offer smaller two-day sessions featuring the same group of speakers for each two day event. Authors include Isabel Allende, Tobias Wolff, Sarah M Broom, George Packer, Daniel James Brown, and David Eagleman.
Each of the 2 day conferences will offer six free “lawn talks” per conference to be broadcast live, open to the public with reserved seating pods, and also available streaming online. Pavilion talks will be recorded and available on the website too.
Attend either July 17 & 18 or July 19 & 20. Capacity in all venues will be very limited, so Sign up today!
Also in July, the Sun Valley Writer’s Conference in partnership with the Community Library present four outdoor evening talks during the Summer Speaker Series.
