This NEWLY DECORATED, NEWLY CARPETED 2 level, 3-bedroom/3-bathroom condo is a private corner unit located on the second level of the Bridgepoint Condominium Complex. With 1,400 square feet of living space, it can accommodate up to seven guests. A light-filled living room has large windows facing Bald Mountain, 15’ vaulted ceilings, a large gas fireplace with vented gas burning logs, 55-inch flat screen smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar, and high speed wireless internet. There is a bench and ski storage inside the front door. The fully equipped kitchen features NEW stainless steel appliances, granite tile countertops, hardwood floor and maple cabinets. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The deck off the dining and living room also faces Bald Mountain with peekaboo views of the Round House Lodge and the ski runs and includes a gas barbecue. This unit features radiant floor heat. It does not have A/C, but fans are available in every room.
The first guest bedroom is located on the main level containing a new bunk bed and a twin bed with a full bath across the hall with double vanity, shower /tub combination and full size stacked W/D in the closet. The master bedroom is upstairs with a King bed, 43-inch flat screen smart TV, spacious closets, views to the North and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and a jetted tub with shower. The second guest bedroom is also located on this level with a queen bed, 43-inch flat screen smart TV, large closet space, complex views and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Complex Features: Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining needs. Complex offers common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only . One lot is heated and the other is plowed regularly in the winter.

Great Customer Service with Alpine Lodging
Pros: Great Location, clean and well appointed, visually stunning with nice amenities. Probably the nicest glass and cutlery collection in a kitchen we've ever encountered. The radiant heat emitted from floors was amazing! We slept very well. Alpine Lodging personnel a pleasure to deal with throughout entire process...
Cons: These in our opinion would be Owner Responsibilities. The gas ignited wood burning fireplace in Unit Directions did not exist. Frustrating initial kickoff for us... what were these directions alluding too? It turns out, according to "Cal" in Maintenance, that the fireplace unit had been recently upgraded to gas burning logs, needed to be lit by hand, and there was no wood at all involved. Once clarified, enjoyed the unit immensely. #2... dishwasher was not functioning during our visit, yes... we realize things break, and... unfortunately was not remedied during our stay. #3... Unit Directions described certain entertainment controls that did not exist. a "White Remote"(?) did not exist. A miss-mash of remote control navigation.
#4... and a small request, but... it would have been nice w/in the confines of the unit, prominently displayed- the nearest bus stops and times apropos for skiers. In summation, the Units Directions need a refresh and updating to enhance the client experience.
Check in was easy and questions were answered promptly.
The only thing to be aware of is that the condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors with fairly steep stairs, so may not be a good option for anyone who can't manage stairs. Our favorite restaurants were The Sun Valley Lodge restaurant, the Grill at Knob Hill, and The Pioneer. We would definitely recommend this property to friends!!
If I could here are just a few things I would change:
Replace master shower head, easy fix for a bad shower experience
Supply 2 ply toilet paper, the 1 ply that is there felt really cheap for such a lovely condo
One of the screens in the kids room needs to be replaced, it has an opening, let’s mosquitos in
Change check out time to 11. 10 am was too stressful and again seemed “cheap” for such a high end condo.
Otherwise, we just loved it up there. Great location too.

Leaving windows open along street is difficult because the street is a by pass through the center of town and lots of traffic in the morning. Would highly recommend this condo for family gatherings and especially easy access to ski lodge in winter.
