Located in West Ketchum, this updated 2-bedroom/2-bath upper level condominium offers 1,000 square feet of living space and sleeps up to six guests with a sofa sleeper. Vaulted ceilings, skylights in the loft bedroom, a wood-burning fireplace, and a breakfast bar are just a few of the special features of this condominium. The modern decor includes a 32-inch flat screen TV/DVD, wireless internet access, bamboo hardwood floors, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are partial mountain views to the south and it has great natural light. This unit does not have A/C. NO PHONE IN UNIT.

The loft is the master bedroom and has a bath with shower, his/her sinks, and a walk-in closet with stacked washer/dryer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have beds that can be set up as either two twin beds or a king upon request. There is a second full size bath on the main living level. A common area hot tub is available for your enjoyment.

Complex Features: Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the bike path. The complex provides a community hot tub and coin-operated laundry plus free outdoor parking. The area also offers a free shuttle that picks up just across the street which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Great time was had. Could not be much closer to the mountain. Son and two male friends. Smaller than thought and fairly maintained. Would have been hard for a family and super tight for 6.

This is a fantastic location for getting to the sun valley resort easily (5 min walk through the parking lot), and ultimately the unit met our needs. However, the comfort and convenience of the unit wasn’t great. The furniture in the main room - specifically the couch and the dining chairs are exceptionally uncomfortable. The knives in the kitchen were so dull it was difficult to cook and there was no sharpener. The check in and out process was not convenient - you have to check in/out at an office several blocks away instead of using keypad technology that is standard on most rentals. The staff working the office were friendly and did their best to help us even though our unit wasn’t ready when we arrived. We also missed having unit specific instructions/guides in the condo - there was a generic one for the lodging company and sun valley, but nothing unit specific (how to use the fireplace, tv, check out procedures, etc).

The outside stairs had bikes, weights and other equipment stored there. It made for an uncomfortable first impression. The apt was neat and tidy, except the living room rugs were very dirty. The washing machine may have been hooked up improperly. Instead of cold, it used hot water and ruined some of our clothes. The dishwasher does not clean well.

Great Location for Skiing, Town Activities

A great location for skiing River Run base. Close to the base, but not easily walkable in ski boots. Plan to drop-off or use a shuttle. Easy fast five minute drive into downtown Ketchum. The condo is comfortable for four (4) people.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. The building is not new, but the condo had been completely redone. The kitchen was very well furnished with everything I needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a nice place close to town.
