This 2-bedroom/2-bath condo sleeps up to four, and provides comfortable, clean accommodations with simple, basic furnishings, for an exceptional value. The entry area opens to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the dining area with a large dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for 2 with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 45-inch TV, DVD player, and a stereo system with mounted speakers. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not currently available for guest use.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a deck with mountain views, a spacious double closet, 36-inch TV, and ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to the full-size hall bath. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double door closet. There is ski storage in the hallway and one assigned parking space for this unit. Most, but not all, of the fractional units have a heated garage. This unit does not have A/C and no pets are allowed. Since this is a timeshare unit the photos are not of this exact unit, but the units are very similar.

Complex Features: Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space.
