This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area has gas fireplace and 36 inch flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that will seat six along with a bar area that seats two. There is access to a deck with gas grill off the dining area to relax on. The master bedroom has King bed, 26 inch flat screen TV with access to full size private bath. The second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed. There is a second full size bath in the hallway. Condo offers a stack washer and dryer as well.
Complex Features: The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Parking was easy, we never had issues finding a place to park.
It's definitely outdated but it was perfect for our needs. We traveled with our 3yo son.
The kitchen is fully stocked and the house had everything we look for in a rental.
My only one small feedback would be that the bedrooms could use some blackout curtains. Both rooms are on the sunny side of the house so it stays bright in the rooms - not ideal for traveling with kids but a minor thing.
It was a great location close to town, very well appointed, and very clean. The management company was very helpful in getting us our keys, etc.
