This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in Elkhorn offers approx. 1000 square feet of living space and sleeps 4. The open kitchen features granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining table seats 6. The living room has a gas fireplace and 55-inch flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player. Off the living area is a deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the views in the summer and fall.

The master bedroom has a king bed, and access to hallway bathroom with a large walk in shower and single sink vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and access to a hallway bathroom with a large walk in shower and single sink vanity. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet near the kitchen. Please note: There is parking for two vehicles only. 10:00 PM Quiet Hour Strictly Enforced. There is a $100 fine for each noise violations.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.

Complex Features: The Ranch at Elkhorn amenities include an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness machines, summer pool and year-round hot tub. This unit is located just a short walk from Elkhorn Village's Harker Center, where guests can enjoy larger tennis and swimming facilities. Additional Elkhorn amenities include access to golfing, hiking, bike trails, and community parks. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the condo, where Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.

Nicely remodeled, comfortable cozy condo. Heated tile in bathrooms was wonderful in cold weather. Ranch hot tub was not working, so that was unfortunate, but Village hot tub was nice, but not close by, so a bit inconvenient. Good snow removal and ice treatment. We ate out so did not cook much, but had what we needed for breakfast/lunch prep. Very nice for a long ski weekend.

It was comfortable and nicely appointed. we had everything we needed. the only problem was figuring out the heat, but even that was a minor issue. It had great parking and the beds were comfortable

Really enjoyed the condo, peaceful and plenty of room but close to Ketchum where there are some really good family owned restaurants. Close to good hiking trails and in winter the ski area.

The check in/out process was super simple. The condo itself was clean and very well stocked (as far as pots/pans, coffee maker, utensils, etc). Instructions for everything were very clear and it was a nice little getaway trip for myself and my family.

This condo is well-maintained/updated inside with all of the amenities and kitchen items that we needed for our week-long stay. It is quiet and in a nice area. The location is a short drive from River Run at Baldy and Dollar Mountain as well as downtown Ketchum. The only knock on what was a great stay overall was the ice on the entrance deck and walk each morning from the frozen snow melt due to warmer days and cold nights. We would definitely recommend this condo and Sun Valley for a ski vacation. Baldy is a wonderful ski experience and we couldn't enjoy Ketchum more.

We enjoyed the property but felt the condo was missing some attention to detail and some comforts. We enjoyed the location and local activities. There was nearby hiking and biking. The king bed was comfortable but the queen was not and probably needs to be replaced. Little things like broken ice trays, the fireplace not working and a broken coffee machine were encountered. Having stayed at many other properties, we were surprised to have to pick up and drop off old school keys at an office instead of using a digital lock or entry method. Overall though, it was a nice condo and comfortable.
