This 1,550 square foot two-level 3-bedroom/3-bath condominium sleeps six guests and offers upper and lower level decks with mountain and golf course views. It features tiled baths, stone tiled floors in the entryway, kitchen and dining room, slab granite counters, new appliances, new carpeting and a large leather couch.
On the lower level you will find all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The two master bedrooms feature King beds, 40-inch flat screen TV’s, ensuite baths with tub/shower combination, and both open to the shared semi-covered patio. There is a table with 4 chairs and umbrella. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on bottom, twin on top; and has access to the full size bathroom in the hallway. There is also a washer/dryer on this level. The upper level of the unit features the great room, with 50 –inch flat screen TV, dining area that seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top, fully equipped kitchen, as well as access to the deck with 2 chairs and barbecue grill. There is wireless internet access. Guests enjoy access to Elkhorn amenities. This unit does not have A/C or a phone. Parking is limited to two vehicles with no additional parking available.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.
Complex Features: Ridge Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort.

We loved the place, very comfortable for me and my family.
My only negative would be having to go into town to pick up and drop off the keys. I would have preferred a lockbox at the condo like most other vacation rentals. But, their office is right along Main st as you drive through town, so it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.
