This 3-bedroom/3-bath condo offers inviting, pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings and some updated features. It offers 2,500 square feet and room for up to 8 guests. This unit does not have A/C. 30 NIGHT MIN STAY DURING SKI SEASON.

As you enter the first level you will be in the living room which has amazing 25-foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. There is a river rock wood-burning fireplace for those chilly nights and two comfy leather sofas and a chair for relaxing. There is also a 55-inch HD flat screen TV in the living area and wireless internet access. Guests have access to the large deck with a private hot tub facing Baldy and a gas BBQ grill. There are hardwood floors that lead to the dining area and kitchen with granite counter tops and a five-burner gas stove. Off the kitchen there is a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The dining room table is picnic style and seats 10; there are also two bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. There is a small desk in the kitchen should you need a workspace while in town. Also on this level is the first guest bedroom with two twin beds and access to a full bathroom in hallway.

The second guest bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen bed. There is another full size bathroom off the hall. The loft landing area holds a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and looks down over the living area. The third bedroom on the second level is the master and has a queen bed, en-suite bath and a 40” HD flat screen TV, and a small deck with views of the mountain. This unit may be booked together with the adjoining 2-bedroom/2-bath unit for a combined 5-bedroom/5-bath condo.

Located on Sage Road just off Skiway Drive, it is approximately a quarter mile to access the Warm Springs amenities including restaurants, the lifts, and the Warm Springs Day Lodge. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 2 blocks away from the home which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort. PARKING FOR THIS PROPERTY IS LIMITED TO 1 VEHICLE.
