This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo is on the Elkhorn Golf Course and has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, living, dining and kitchen areas as one great room with high ceiling on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. This 1,700 square foot condo will accommodate up to seven guests and offers private wireless internet. This unit does not have A/C.

A comfortable living room provides ample seating, a 32-inch TV/DVD and a stone gas fireplace. Through a sliding glass door is the large deck*, which includes a Weber gas grill* and patio seating for four to enjoy the view of the golf course.

The master bedroom has a king bed, and a full en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and access to the hallway bath with shower. There is a full size washer/dryer in this hallway as well. The loft above the living room contains three twin beds.

*PLEASE NOTE: New decks are complete. Exterior landscaping to be completed in the spring, 2022. Concrete landing off of lower decks to be done in the spring.

Complex Features: No pets allowed in Sunburst Rentals. The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.

Loved the location and it was so nice to have a kitchen for the stay. Kids loved camping in the loft together! TV listed in the bedroom wasn't present. TV in the master is connected to dish network only. DVD player is dead, and the TV doesn't have anything but RCA connections so we ended up trying to stream movies after skiing on my laptop, which wasn't great. Could definitely use an upgrade there. I'd stay again in a moment though, was a great condo over all.

These Sunburst condos are the perfect size for me and my family for a ski trip!! We love the location, layout, amenities... we’ve stayed in other units in Sunburst, and this one left a little to be desired. It’s pretty dated and well used. Also, there was a small ant problem and no plunger for the toilets.

Out rental property worked out great for us. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. It was located out of town, but not far, and was very quiet. The only small issue was having a truck pulling and enclosed trailer, which we were technically not allowed to park in the complex parking lot (which we ended up doing anyway due to much of parking empty). It would be good to have an alternative solution for parking in our situation. Other than that, it was an overall very good experience. Would definitely stay again.

This property hasn't seen any TLC since the 90s. The blankets/furniture have 2-star motel quality. The dishwasher was leaking, leaving film on washed dishes (multiple units managed by this company complained about the latter). Large ants were crawling around (management delivered traps, which insects promptly ignored). The loft heats up in the summer and becomes unusable. Nice location, but the unit itself leaves a lot to be desired.
