This 3 plus loft 2.5 bath tri level condo located on the golf course in the Sunburst complex has 2045 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 8 people. On the main level of the condo is the living area with high ceilings for great light, gas fireplace and 65 inch TV (streaming only). There is access to deck with gas grill and outdoor table with 4 chairs. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. There is even a Blendtec blender & coffee grinder! The dining room off the kitchen seats 8. There is a breakfast nook off the kitchen that will seat 4 and full size washer/dryer in closet off this area is also located there. This property has no cable tv service on any of the tvs, but it does have smart tvs for Netflix & other streaming services.

On the lower level is master bedroom with king size bed, 55 inch flat screen TV (streaming only) and access to deck with outdoor chairs and view of golf course. The en suite bath has single sink vanity and tub/shower combo.
The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks and 36 inch screen TV (streaming only). Third bedroom has Queen bed and 45 inch screen TV (streaming only). Both of these bedrooms have access to full size hallway bath with single sink vanity and tub/shower combo.

In the loft has a couch for relaxing and many games to choose from including a shuffleboard table. The main entry has plenty of places for storage and that is where you will find the half bath.

Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub. HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting).

PLEASE NOTE: No Pets Allowed. The decks are completely finished on this condo, but the other decks in the complex are being re-built. Concrete landing off lower decks to be done in the spring, 2022. There will be construction happening within the complex for the next two years.
