This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo offers 1,700 square feet with sleeping for 6 guests. On the entry level, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and en-suite bath with tub and shower. There is a deck* with built-in benches off the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on this level has a Queen bed along with a A full size washer/dryer is in the hall adjacent to the hall bathroom with shower. This unit does not have A/C.

The middle level has the living and dining area and kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen has 2 bar stools. The living room has a 40-inch flat screen TV, and a sofa and love seat surround the flagstone wood burning fireplace. The deck* off the living room has chairs and a gas barbecue grill*. A loft above the living room is accessed by stairs and includes two twin beds.

*PLEASE NOTE: No Pets Allowed. The new decks are complete. Concrete landing off lower decks and landscaping to be done in the spring, 2023.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.

Our group stayed at this condo for a ski trip at Sun Valley. The condo was in great condition and well cleaned. Location was excellent - near the on site hot tub/sauna and a quick drive to the mountain base. We had a great time throughout our stay and would recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was convenient to the shuttle and all that Sun Vally has to offer. This spacious unit met our needs and the kitchen was well stocked. Some aspects of the unit were a bit tired (window blinds/ mattresses) and could used some love, but we had no major issues and would recommend this property and manager.

Really happy with Condo. Our only comment for you to take up with your cleaning services was before leaving my wife looked under the bed in the main bedroom downstairs and discovered a number of food containers/wrappers which had been left by a previous guest and missed by the cleaners.

The condo was spacious and worked just fine for 2 families. It was also very dated. It was about 5 miles from Sun Valley Ski Resort and right next to Dollar Ski Resort.

While we loved the location and the condo was clean , it was very dark. The decks being blocked off for renovation didn’t help but the lighting was not good in the city so. No overhead lights so the lamps just didn’t cut it. Over al tho nice use of space with the loft

This vacation rental was fantastic. At the base of Elkhorn, so you can actually ski in and ski out to dollar mountain! The house is well furnished, comfortable, warm, has great wifi. The team is responsive and helpful - as we had to call them a couple of times. We also saw Elk running around! I would highly recommend this stay if you're looking to be in Sun Valley. About an ~8-minute drive to Bald Mountain, 5 minutes to town. Note, the balconies cannot technically be used.

Us and our dog loved this rental! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. Washer & dryer, fast wifi, 2 bathrooms, & plenty of room! beautiful surroundings & beautiful home. We could hear the elk almost every night.
Highly recommended. We will definitely visit again!
Hit up Grumpy's for burgers & A Taste of Thai is excellent!
