This 3-bedroom plus loft/3-bath, three-level contemporary condominium, offers comfortable clean and basic accommodations with partial golf course views. It has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, common areas as one great room on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. A hunter's perspective, complete with animal and bird trophies, adds interest to the outdoor mountain theme décor. Touches like the Wooster Scott prints in the great room and coordinated designer bedding in each bedroom contribute to the ambiance. This unit does not have A/C.

The living room has a 55-inch TV/DVD, CD player, and wireless internet access for your entertainment, as well as a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace to relax by. The dining table seats 8 and there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, plus an alcove off the kitchen area has a table that seats 4. A full size washer/dryer is in the pantry area of the kitchen. The large deck* off of the living room affords mountain views and includes patio seating for six, and a Ducune gas grill*.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a 32-inch TV, its own full size bath, and access to a deck* with built in benches and a partial golf course view. The second bedroom has queen bed. third bedroom has Queen. These 2 bedrooms have access to a full size hallway bath. There is a ¾ bath at the entrance to this condo. The loft has 3 twin beds and one Queen. The condo has 2,200 square feet of living space and sleeps up to 10 guests.

*PLEASE NOTE: No Pets Allowed. New decks are complete. Concrete landing and landscaping off lower decks to be done in the spring, 2022. There will be construction happening within the complex for the next two years.

Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.
