Ultra-comfortable Queen "comfort brand" sofa sleeper located in living area. .Off the living area is a patio with a Weber gas grill and outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the creek that runs right past the condo. The fully stocked kitchen has Subzero Fridge, Fisher Payke; dish drawers, Kohler touchless faucet and more. Spacious sit up bar with granite counter tops and 3 bar stools. The dining table seats 4. or 6 people with an additional hallway bench pulled up. Cozy gas fireplace can be seen from kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom.
Master bedroom has King bed with 55 inch flat screen TV and access to patio area along the creek. Bathroom has single sink vanity, deep soaking tub with shower and large walkin closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and 55 inch flat screen TV. There is access to the outdoor area from this room as well. The hallway bath has single sink vanity and shower. A brand new stack LG washer dryer is located in the leading to the second bedroom. Entry hall has ample storage with basket and hooks for helmets, gloves and winter coats.
This condo has access to a one car garage and there is outdoor parking as well. Plenty of storage in garage for ski gear, bikes and 1 car.

Located in SW Ketchum along Trail Creek, this intimate complex ( only 5 condo's total) is a couple of blocks from the River Run lifts, bike path and about 4 blocks to downtown Ketchum. Walking distance to amazing shops, shuttle bus, restaurants and the slopes!
