This newly remodeled two story one bedroom/one bath condo located in the Villagers in Sun Valley Village will sleep up to 4 people. On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table for four. There is also a small deck as you enter the condo for relaxing. Up a couple of stairs is the full size bath with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. There is a spacious closet for storage and hangers for your clothes.

Upstairs is the living area with 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD player two couches and Queen bed. This condo is perfect for a couple.

Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for one reservation per property per day, and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. The workout room, sauna, hot tub and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

This condo is as lovely as described. I stayed there for 2 weeks and had everything I needed during my stay. It’s quiet, sunny and in a fantastic location! You’ll have what you need and nothing extra! Checkin and out were easy thanks to the door keypad. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were happy with our location and size of condo. The only thing that was a surprise was a rather steep staircase from upper floor where bedding was located. We managed to be very careful, but it should be mentioned that bedding is upstairs with steep stairs.

Overall, very clean and updated property. Good location close and walking distance to pool, spa, courts. Some deferred maintenance items ie front door handle fell off numerous times, no extra soap provided, too many stairs and deck chairs are unstable , wobbly and have pine pitch and bat tub fixture needs replacement
but bed was comfortable, kitchen nicely updated with adequate supplies. Quiet with adequate parking.
