Great spot. Close to hill, walkable to town. Unit itself is great in terms of cleanliness, function, and amenities.

The condo is very well located in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown Ketchum. The unit was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. I would only say that the building exterior and hallways are quite dated and the original construction lacked in sound insulation between units. Overall it is priced right and if you are prepared for it's shortcomings, a good option.

Condo was very clean and the check-in process simple. Great location and easy parking. Quiet and HVAC worked well. Nicely stocked kitchen. The place is small but perfect for two people.
