This 3-bedroom plus den and bonus room/2.5-bath home is 2,500 square feet and will sleep up to 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room and dining room. The dining table will comfortably seat eight. The spacious living room is open and has plenty of light with a gas log fireplace and a 50-inch smart TV, DVD, premium cable, plus wireless internet. There is a den adjacent to the entry foyer with a queen size futon bed and a stereo with a CD player.
The bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, 42-inch smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen bed, walk-in closet, flat panel TV, ceiling fan and southern views. This guest room has access to the full bath off the hallway. The third bedroom is opposite the master, has a Queen bed, a flat panel TV, and shares the full bath in the hall. There is a bonus room open to the stairway (no door) which has two twin sleeper sofas and a flat panel TV. There is a full-size laundry room as you enter the home from the garage (two compact vehicles only).
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting).
Complex Features: The Yeager Home is located in a residential neighborhood in south Elkhorn, approximately 2-1/2 miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lifts. The Elkhorn Village Clubhouse is about a mile away by car or bicycle (along the Elkhorn Trails). Elkhorn Resort amenities include swimming pools (summer only), hot tubs, saunas, and tennis at both the Elkhorn Village and the Harker Center. Guests also have access to the semi-private Elkhorn Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones. HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.
The Mountain Rides bus route changes each season, but usually stops less than one block away during peak seasons and does not service the Juniper loop during off seasons. The bus will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort.

Minor thing was that Elkhorn Village Pool required a pass for each person but we only had one in our packet.
House was clean and ready to go but the only comment I have is about the garage. It would have been nice to see a swept floor with no sand or dirt all over. It was impossible to enter the house from the garage without tracking in dirt. There were also accumulated dust balls in various spots and sand from spilled sand bags. Very hard to take off shoes when entering or leaving. The garage, which is very convenient is also part of the house. Thanks.
