Sara Felton, VP of Operations, has worked in the property management business for over 14 years, all with Alpine Lodging.  Sara began her property management career in Telluride, Colorado, where she gained experience in homeowner services, marketing, and sales, before leading overall operations.

Since her arrival in Sun Valley in 2017, Sara has led the location’s operations and has been instrumental in growing the business well over 100% in the past few years.

When not at work, Sara serves on the board of the Hailey Public Library where she is president-elect. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, cooking and quality time with her cat, Goose.

Mike Frith, Property Manager, has worked in the property management and hotel industries for over 40 years.  He has literally done every job in this business.  Mike moved to this valley in November of 1980 to ski and was smart enough to stay after experiencing a full year in paradise.  Mike has worked for Sun Valley Company, Elkhorn Lodge, helped build Base Mountain Properties into the #1 property manager in Ketchum, ResortQuest, opened the AmericInn in Hailey and built his own property management company before merging it with Alpine Lodging.

Outside of work, Mike loves to hike, ski (he was a ski instructor for years), bike, run rivers, camp and in general, live the outdoor life.  He lives in Hailey and is involved in local politics and charities.

Calvin Haycock, Maintenance Manager, joined the company’s maintenance department 16 years ago.  Throughout the years, Cal has gained a wide variety home and condo maintenance skills including electrical, plumbing, light carpentry, and lock smithing. In addition, Cal has experience in HVAC and appliance repair and is adept at internet and cable TV troubleshooting.

Cal has lived in the valley for over 30 years. He lives in west Ketchum with his wife of 25 years. Away from the office, Cal enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, and taking road trips with his wife. Cal loves spending time with family and spoiling the grandkids.

Linnea Polichetti, Controller, has worked in the property management business for over 21 years, including 20 years with the company as Controller.  She and her husband moved to Hailey in 1980 where their first business adventure was ownership of a small motel.  Linnea holds a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and has experience in auditing, health care finance, governmental and small business management and accounting.

Linnea served for 10 years on Hailey Public Library Board of Trustees, 1 year on the Hailey Parks Foundation and has volunteered time with various community groups.  Her interests include family, reading, gardening, hiking and an eclectic variety of other interests.

Dinora Tellez, Housekeeping Manager, has worked in the property management business for over 15 years, including 9 years with the company.  Dinora moved to the Wood River Valley in 2004 and began cleaning private home when she was 16 years old.  After a 3-year stint as a caregiver at Safe Haven in Bellevue, she joined the company in 2012 as a housekeeper.  While working at ALSV, Dinora has quickly progressed from Housekeeper to Housekeeping Supervisor and then Housekeeping Manager.  She leads a team of 13 housekeepers.

Dinora and her husband share the responsibility of raising 4 kids (14,6,4,1).  In their spare time, the couple are working on growing the family business, Altitude Services.  They love camping during summer and snowboarding during winter and enjoy any outdoor indoor activities with the kids.

Sarah Wagner, Marketing Manager, joined the company 14 years ago when it was ResortQuest.  Her family moved to the valley in the late 1980’s and being a local for most of her life has provide an extensive knowledge of the Sun Valley area. Sarah studied at Boise State University and Galveston College, before returning to the Wood River Valley in 2002. After working for years as a front desk agent, Sarah moved into the marketing role where she manages social media accounts, creates the monthly email newsletters, and keeps the website updated with events and information.

Sarah, her partner, and their two children keep busy with afterschool activities and enjoy hiking with their dog Luca, camping, downhill skiing and traveling.

Barb Wedman, Guest Services Manager, moved to Ketchum in June of 1998 from Boise, ID.  An Idaho native, Barb joined the company 23 years ago when it was called Base Mt Properties.  Starting with front desk work, Barb moved into reservations and has been the company’s Guest Services Manager for the past 6 years.  Barb enjoys talking to people on the phone, finding them the right accommodations for their needs, and checking them in once they arrive.

Barb lives with her significant other, Scottie, and their dog Motley.  Outside of work, Barb loves the year-round outdoor life the Valley has to offer such as hiking, biking, Nordic skiing, and camping.

Mark Westman, Owner, has 12 years of property management experience, all with Alpine Lodging.  Since 2009, Mark has served as the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Telluride Alpine Lodging in Telluride, Colorado.  When he moved to Sun Valley in 2017, Mark became the General Manager of the location.  At the beginning of 2020, Mark bought out his partners and is now the sole owner of the Sun Valley business.

Mark started his career as an auditor a Price Waterhouse before moving to the investment industry for two decades.  Mark received his MBA from the University of Chicago, and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Wisconsin) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mark and his wife live in Hailey with their two dogs and a cat.  Outside of work, Mark is active in the Ketchum-Sun Valley Rotary Club, a long-time board member of the Palm Theater in Telluride, and a member of Session at his church.  In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, biking, skiing, skate skiing, photography, and traveling.
