Description

This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath condo provides comfortable, clean accommodations with basic furnishings for an exceptional value. This condominium has 1,200 square feet across three levels and will sleep six people. This unit does not have A/C. The kitchen, living area, and a full bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room has a gas fireplace, 39-inch TV/DVD and mini boom box with CD player as well as wireless internet access. The picnic style dining room table has 2 benches and four extra chairs.

On the second level, the master bedroom has a queen bed. It accesses the full bath off the hallway with tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twins that can be bridged to make a king and access to the hallway bath. The loft bedroom, accessed through the second bedroom, has two twins that may be bridged into a king, 20-inch TV and access to a small private balcony. A stacked washer/dryer is located in the hall closet. There is a wrought iron table with four chairs, umbrella, a gas BBQ grill on the deck, and ski storage near the front door.

This unit offers access to Sun Valley Lodge pool and Jacuzzi, SV Inn pool and workout facility and SV Olympic pool, kids splash park and Jacuzzi (summer only). Preferential tee times and the hotel rate for all SV Golf Courses. 15% discount on court fees at the SV Tennis Center, 15% discount on 1-hour trail rides at the SV Stables, 15% discount on package pricing at the SV Gun Club.

Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion and Sun Valley amenities are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. The Sun Valley Resort amenity passes offer special access to the Sun Valley Inn Pool, SV Lodge pool and Jacuzzi, Olympic and Kids pools (summer only), hot tubs, locker rooms, and fitness center. Golf, Tennis, Gun Club, and Trail Rides are also available at a discount. Dollar Mountain is nearby. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance of the complex that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald and Dollar Mountains, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley Village.
