This unit may be fine in the winter, but it doesn’t work in the summer. There is no AC and no blinds on the upper story skylight to block out the afternoon sun, so it gets insufferably hot on the upper two levels in the afternoon. It’s not really suitable for more than two people unless you really don’t care about privacy...the loft looks directly down on the only real bedroom, which also doesn’t have a door between it and the hallway where the only bathroom is. The decor is dated and the only real seating is a single couch and four bar stools at the kitchen counter.

We were happy with Alpine Villa. Our unit was very clean and the location was beautiful. I could see the mountains while I drank my coffee.

Good 3 month ski trip

Spent Jan, Feb, and march skiing around 35,000 vertical each day. Good friends to apre ski. Snow could have been better but they blew lots of snow in jan and feb. Last week of March was marginal. as always in SV weather was good.condo a block from lifts and 12 minute walk to the bars and restaurants, will stay again

Great central location. Very quiet. If you're walking around town after dark, take a flashlight. There are no street lights around this place. The apartment has great space.

Place was good. Can walk to slopes and bus line right outside. Spilled a soda on the sheets and had no extras. Would have been nice. Really could use an upgrade to smart TVs or a Roku. I know we’re not there to watch tv, but would have been nice to watch a movie after a day on the slopes.

Cute spot with an awesome location. Walking distance to restaurants downtown and beautiful views of the mountain. Common area was smaller than expected, but very cozy! Definitely bring a deck of cards or board game for those cool nights by the fire!

We had a great week visiting our daughter and other family in Ketchum. Location was perfect for our purposes. We were a little concerned that there was no A/C but we were generally gone during the day so just opening windows at night helped us beat the heat.

This condo worked out good for me. I was close to town so I didn't have to drive for dinner and close to the mountain so I didn\'t have to drive for hiking.
