This outstanding three bedroom, two bath, 1200 square-foot condo with second floor entry has lovely views, lots of light, and easy access to the mountains and town.

The main floor is where the kitchen/dining/living room are located along with two of the bedrooms. The fully-equipped granite kitchen is open to a large dinette space for gathering, playing games, and feasting and is adjacent to the living room with a gas fireplace and Apple TV only. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with a trundle underneath, and the other has a queen-sized bed along with full bath.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and futon sofa, with adjoining bath. Radiant heat on both floors of condo. There is also a swamp cooler for those occasional warm evenings.

Complex Features: The Fields Condominiums are located halfway between Ketchum and the Warm Springs base of Bald Mountain. The Fields is only steps away from the bike path. A community hot tub is located in the courtyard of the complex. There is a free shuttle that picks up just a half a block from the condo which will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley Resort.
