The townhome style residence offers three floors, all connected by elevator. The ground floor entry leads to the den/ tv room, a full-size laundry room, and the two-car garage. Also on this level are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins, each with their own bathroom.

Taking the stairs or elevator the second floor, you will enter the living area with a large gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with all the dishes and appliances needed to entertain. The dining table seats 10 and there is additional seating at the bar.
