Located in SW Ketchum on the Big Wood River this condominium is a great location for your winter and summer needs. On the main level you will find a fully equipped updated kitchen, dining table that will seat 8 plus another small table at the other end of the living area for 4 guests. Living room faces west for views of the river and has a 50-inch flat screen TV with expanded cable. There is access to a deck off the living area, with outdoor chairs and gas grill . Also located on the level is the half bath and full size washer/dryer located in a closet as you come into the condo.

Up the spiral staircase you will find the 4 bedrooms. The master has a King bed, access to a small deck and ensuite bath with shower only and single vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a ladder to a loft that has 2 twin beds as well There is a full bath in the hallway with shower/tub that this bedroom has access to. The third bedroom has a set of bunks with full on the bottom twin on top. The room has high ceilings with great light and a ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to the hallway bath. The fourth bedroom has King bed with access to small deck and views of the Bigwood River and shares the hallway bath.This unit does not have A/C.

Complex Features: The Sun and Powder complex offers summer pool and year round hot tub. Located on the Big Wood River these condominiums have large decks off the living area with access to grassy play area and fire pit and picnic tables. Quiet neighborhood with nearby access to bike path and just a 10 minute walk to Ketchum Amenities including restaurants, coffee, shopping and activities, and a 10 minute walk to the River Run ski lodge If you enjoy fishing this is a place for you to stay.
