This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo offers 1,700 square feet with sleeping for 6 guests. The bedrooms are on the ground level, a few steps down from the front door. The master bedroom has a king bed, 20-inch flat screen TV, a big double closet. The en suite master bathroom has tiled vanity with new sink & faucet and a tub/shower combo with glass doors. There is a deck* with built-in benches off the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on this level has two twin beds, a large closet and a 20-inch TV. A full-sized washer/dryer is in the hall adjacent to the hall bathroom with tiled vanity and a shower. This unit does not have A/C.

On the middle level is the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has rough-cut granite counter tops, a new sink & fixtures, a double fridge, and a glass cooktop with oven. The dining room has dim-able lighting over the dining table with seats for 6 to 8 and the kitchen counter has 2 bar stools. The living room has a 37-inch flat screen TV, and a sofa and love seat surround the flagstone gas-ignited wood burning fireplace. The deck* off the living room has table and chairs and a gas barbecue grill* that is natural gas. A loft above the living room is accessed by stairs and includes two twin beds. Unit has access to garage in the complex for one car and one additional outdoor parking space.

*PLEASE NOTE FOR SUMMER 2021: Use of the decks at Sunburst is prohibited as they have serious structural damage. Construction has started on the decks, so there will be construction happening within the complex for the next two years. There is no access to BBQ grills until the decks are rebuilt. Deck work on this building will not start until spring 2022.

Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub.
