This 2 bedroom plus den/ 3 bath tri level condo located about 5 blocks from down town Ketchum offers approx. 2000 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. From the ground level entry, there is a full staircase up to the main level. On the main level is the living area with high ceilings that bring in great light, 55 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan and gas fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bars stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table seats 6 and has access to patio with gas grill and outdoor table that will seat 6. The den has a Queen sofa bed, ceiling fan and 16 inch TV and access to full size hallway bath with single vanity sink and shower only.

Up a full flight of stairs is the third floor with the master and second bedrooms. The master has King bed, ceiling fan, 26 inch flat screen TV and access to small deck with Eastern views. The master bath is large and spacious with 2 vanity sink, sunken jetted tub, walk in shower and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has Queen bed, ceiling fan, and 20 inch flat screen TV (DVD only). This bedroom has it’s own full size bath with single vanity, sunken tub and walk in shower.

Down a flight of stairs from the entry is the garage and laundry room with full size washer/dryer. This condo has a one car garage. There is additional street side parking during the summer, but no additional parking during the winter.

Complex Features: The Timbers condominiums are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, walking distance from shopping, dining, galleries and nightlife. There is an underground parking garage with individual garages for each unit.

The location was excellent to town. The condo was neat and clean. On the downside the layout of the condo (nearly four floors and 50 steps to he master bedroom) was not ideal. The garage was narrow and difficult to access. There was very little view with this location. You basically just got to stare into someone else’s condo. Lastly, on two occasions we had workers or maids enter the condo unannounced and both times on departure they left the front door unlocked. That was unacceptable. I would probably not recommend this particular condo to others for the above reasons. It was satisfactory for this trip however.

Wonderful property with great location. Approximately 2 mi. from the Big Wood River for fly fishing and walking distance to downtown Ketchum. The only reason that I gave the check-in a 3 was that we needed to go to the rental office to get a key and then had to stop to sign the rental agreement and then had to drop off the key. It was not a difficult or time consuming process. An electronic lock/key code would have been cleaner and easier. Other than that, I would recommend this property and stay here again.
