Villager Condo 1236 Stay in the Heart of Sun Valley - Near Dollar Mt.

Located in the heart of Sun Valley, this 2 bedroom/2bath two story condo will sleep up to 5 guests. As you approach the condo there is a large deck with charcoal grill and outdoor seating with large table. One the main level of this condo is the living area with wood burning fireplace and 32 inch flat screen TV. There are tons of windows for great light and complex views. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and has stainless steel appliances. There is a dining table that will seat 4. The bathroom downstairs has single vanity sink and shower only.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with Queen bed, corner windows and complex views. The second bedroom has a twin size bunk plus another twin bed. The full size hallway bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo can be used for either bedroom. There is no A/C in the condo.

Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located between Sun Valley Village and Dollar Mountain. This complex is centrally located and is close to the Sun Valley Pavilion. Bald Mountain is 1.5 miles away. Dollar Mountain and Sun Valley Village are each about 1/4 mile away. Villager condos are within walking distance of the Sun Valley Village as well as the Sun Valley Pavilion. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance of the complex that will transport you to Bald and Dollar Mountains, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley Resort.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation to be shared by the guests staying at the property. These must be picked up by the guest from the resort recreation office prior to using any amenities. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with reservations. One pool reservation per day can be made 24 hours in advance. The work out rooms, saunas, and hot tubs will NOT be available. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools (with a max occupancy but no reservation required), priority tee times and hotel rate for golf, as well as a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities such as the pool will be open as current restrictions and recommendations on social distancing can change at any time.
