Alpine Lodging is an exclusive property management and concierge service for the second-homeowner in the Sun Valley area. Our personalized and professional service allows you to enjoy your vacation home when you’re visiting and have peace of mind while away.
Alpine Lodging Property Management offers different levels of service which can be personalized to fit your needs. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly or monthly house inspections. Our team has developed a checklist that will be customized for your home. Should maintenance issues be identified during an inspection, we will alert you immediately. Our own maintenance staff is very skilled, and for larger issues we have long standing vendor relationships, so any problem can be addressed promptly. In the unfortunate case that a fire or security alarm activates, you can choose to have the Alpine Lodging team be the first alerted. Additionally, we offer the following on-site services:

Concierge Services
Whether you choose to visit for a few days or for an entire season, the Alpine Lodging Concierge team is here to help you best enjoy your stay. Beginning with your arrival we can assist with reserving transportation or arrange for your vehicle to be driven to the airport. If you’d like, we can make sure your refrigerator and pantry are stocked when you arrive. During your stay, don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations for activities and restaurants. We can make dinner reservations and book activities for you. Our staff are all local residents and are passionate about Sun Valley, so feel free to ask us anything!
