This ground floor corner 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located in the Sun Valley Village. Condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 5 guests. Living area has a 36 inch flat screen TV, single size sofa bed and complex views. Kitchen is fully furnished and the dining table seats 4.

Master bedroom has a Queen bed, 65 inch flat screen TV and complex views. This room has access to full size hallway bath with tub/shower combo and single vanity. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, desk, 32 inch TV and complex views. This room has access to hallway bath with shower only, and single vanity. There is a stack washer/dryer in this bathroom.

There is a small shared deck at the front entrance to the condo with out door furniture and small gas grill. This condo does not have a phone or A/C.

Complex Features: The Atelier condominium complex is located on Old Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Lake. Atelier condos are within walking distance of the Sun Valley Village as well as the Sun Valley Pavilion. There is a free shuttle that picks up about 2 blocks away that will transport you to Bald and Dollar Mountains and downtown Ketchum.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for one reservation per property per day, and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. The workout room, sauna, hot tub and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

There were a number of maintenance issues that need to be resolved: shower drain cover, heat in living area, broken kitchen cupboard poor lighting.

I visited Sun Valley to see my granddaughters choir performance from Wood River High School. After 2,000 miles of driving for 10 hours, through 9 states, this condo was a welcome retreat. It had all the amenities needed for anyone. The staff was great and access was very easy. The TV in the master bedroom was great!

Love this place. Beautiful area right next to Sun Valley Resort. Bike paths right out front that go all over the valley. Minutes from the center of town. Clean & quiet. This place is a gem!

Our group consisted of two men, so the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom setup was fine. This unit is nicely furnished with comfortable chairs and beds, and what appears to be some family heirloom furniture that's in great condition. The place is a combination of old and new. The cabinets in the kitchen appear to be original - very functional but the countertops are a bit low for those of us over 6 feet tall. The appliances are all new and very functional. One of the bathrooms appears to have been remodeled. The other is a bit long-in-the-tooth, again the height of the vanity being the main objection. The complex is very quiet, well maintained, and close to Ketchum and the ski resort. All in all, this apartment was a good value for the money.

SunValley is always fantastic and this #1107 was great. The view is out over a creek and the golf course in the distance. We walked up to the Inn pool every day. It snowed while we were here so we so appreciated the view instead of a parking lot view. The space is well organized and the front hall is great for all our winter coats and shoes. The main room has a mirrored wall that our dog ran straight into the first day. It was a bit disconcerting to have your reflection family with you all the time. We would definitely come back here. It is a bit run down and the cleaners definitely don't go the extra mile but it wasn't cluttered and it was great for a family and their dog.

The unit is downstairs and in the shade so it stayed cool in the afternoons. Our only suggestion is the kitchen pots and pans were almost impossible to cook with, and the hot water ran out after one shower, but other than that it was a very nice unit for the four of us. Access to the pools was an added bonus!
