The condo offers clean, simple and basic furnishings. The living room features a river rock fireplace and is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area that seats up to 6 people. The deck off the dining room is very inviting for summertime relaxation and has outdoor table and chairs overlooking Trail Creek for your dining pleasure. This unit does not have a telephone and does not have A/C.

The living room has a 55-inch smart TV, DVD, and bluetooth stereo. The master bedroom in loft has 45-inch flat screen smart TV, king bed and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings, great light, and looks out over the living room below. It has its own full bathroom. The main level bedroom with king bed has 45 inch smart TV, and access to the full size hallway bath. The third bedroom is also on the main level and has a king bed 55 inch smart TV and access to the hallway bath. The condo has a stacked washer/dryer.

The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining pleasures.
