Habitat Condo - 2 Bedroom Walk to Downtown Ketchum & Year-Round Hot Tub

This 2-bedroom/2-bath condo sleeps up to four and provides comfortable, clean accommodations with simple, basic furnishings for exceptional value. The entry area opens to a sunny kitchen and living room. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the dining area with a large dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for 2 with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room has a 45-inch TV and DVD player. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not currently available for guest use.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, 36-inch TV, and an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to the full-size hall bath. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer in the shared hallway. Most, but not all, of the fractional units have a heated garage. This unit does not have A/C, and no pets are allowed. Since this is a timeshare unit, the photos are not of this exact unit, but the units are very similar.
Complex Features: Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in prime locations for both winter and summer activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek, about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There is one large outdoor hot tub. Downtown Ketchum is steps away, with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located, and there is a free shuttle about a half block away that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space.
