Snowcreek Condo 1554 - Newly Remodeled & Right Next to Dollar Mt Ski Lifts

This ski-in-ski-out 3 bedroom condo is located in Sun Valley and will sleep up to eight guests. On the upper level you will find the living, dining and kitchen. The living room has wood burning fireplace, 55 inch flat screen streaming TV, leather furniture and access to deck with gas grill and Mt views. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter top for extra seating. The dining table seats 6. There is a half bathroom off the dining area.
On the lower level of the condo is the master and second bedrooms. Master has a King bed, 42 inch flat screen TV and access to deck area. The master bath has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has Queen bed and access to hallway bath with single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet in this bathroom.
The third bedroom is located above the living area. It has 2 Queen beds, 36 inch flat screen /DVD player and Mt Views. The bathroom has single sink vanity and shower only. This is truly a ski-in-ski-out property where you can see the runs from the upstairs bedroom and living area. PARKING FOR ONLY ONE CAR. This complex is NOT pet friendly. There is a 100.00 per day fine to owners for short term renters with dogs.
Complex Features: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Snowcreek condos. Staying at Snowcreek also includes access to a complex pool in the summer and clubhouse with a game room and hot tub year round. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for one reservation per property per day, and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. The workout room, sauna, hot tub and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

This home had everything we needed but lacked any "warmth" in its decor. The "remodeling" was a little rough around the edges - for example the baseboard heaters were replaced in the rooms but the rug and molding was never replaced. The living space lacks any rugs, and the floor gets cold in the winter. The couch was cold when you sit on it - we had to lay blankets over it. The kitchen items - there were essentials and are a little worn but functioning. The TV does not have a soundbar or external speaker so you are subject to TV sound, which was difficult for some family members to hear in the open space. None of this prevented us from having a good time but important to note.
Also - its good to note that the 3rd bedroom is technically a loft - i emailed to confirm and it is not a bedroom as they indicated (enclosed with a door) but is a loft meaning you go up the stairs there is no door and there are small openings to the living space so the sound of TV and living space travel up there easily. The room is private feeling with two queen beds and a twin trundle which was great for kids. Also - you are so close to the lifts that you will hear the snowplows beeping at night from the loft. Didn't bother us in the other rooms.
The other two rooms are downstairs on a split level from when you walk in. the master has ample space. The other room is fine - the bathroom and sink are in the hallway (the sink actually in the hallway).
Finally - we had an issue with the dryer where it would turn off after running for 5 minutes. With some research, it just needed a good lint cleaning so make sure you keep it clean if you have any iss
