This 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath 2 story condo located in Elkhorn is very spacious and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the sunken living area with gas fireplace and 65 inch flat screen TV. Off the living room is a courtyard patio with outdoor table and six chairs, umbrella, gas fire pit with chairs to relax around and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The fully equipped kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6. Also on this level is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer and a half bath.
Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master is large and spacious with a king bed, 55 inch flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The master bath has 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, separate shower and sauna . The second bedroom has a king bed, 55 inch flat screen TV and its own full size bath with single sink vanity and shower tub combo. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and 36 inch flat screen TV and bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.

Complex Features: Summit Condominiums are located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and within walking distance of the free shuttle. Elkhorn Resort amenities include swimming pools (summer only), hot tubs, saunas, and tennis at both the Elkhorn Village and the Harker Center. Guests also have access to the semi-private Elkhorn Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones.
